OH, YE FUTURE NEWBIES, HARD-WORKING MIDBIES, AND HAGGARD HIGHBIES!
As you all well know, all of our old ways to make money have been destroyed. Prices for raw materials, mags, runes, and crystals have tanked. Without the creation of new macca, our economy continues to fall, creating a widening gap between the rich and poor.
No, I'm not talking about the real world, though the similarities are tragically hilarious.
Ah, but there is a way to generate money. Yes, we've already discussed the Kuchinawa Caves, and it's going to be rough, but bear with me.

You must be level 60 to farm. This means that you will be stuck grinding for IC Chips in the meantime.
TO HANDLE THIS PARTICULAR AREA OF THE KUCHINAWA CAVES, your expertise will have to be perfect. Your stats must be perfect. You must be alert, and none of this naked stuff!
The Denizen of the Dark Nidhoggr is your target. They drop around 100 mags, and 300 macca, each, not to mention the odd amethysts and rare medium Hagalaz runes. Sadly, the latter doesn't sell for very much, anymore.
However, those are no longer the target.
My friends, it's all about the macca and the amethyst. After one night cycle, I made over 50k. Yes. No, this is not a joke. This is all new macca. I sold the gems at some NPC shop. There is no waiting and hoping some other poor soul will happen upon your bazaar and buy your hard-won goods for a fraction of their worth.
Is there a catch? Well, yeah, kind of. There is a problem, and you will need to try your best to get around this.
Problem. Needing good gear to be able to survive so you can get money to buy the gear you needed in the first place.
Solution. Crying in the corner, brief stint on a porn site, punching drywall, and then finding a party. You can easily handle the demonic hoards if you have a balanced party. I suggest bringing in party members, so you can trust them to split the spoils, fairly.
Location. Kuchinawa Cave, 23 29. Run like a mad fool to the little area right before Daisoujo's bedroom. Enemies will not make it up there, unless some other wayward soul leads one to you. Even then, only one or two will make it up there. I highly recommend taking your demon mounts in there. Beware of the two Frenzied Gaians that spawn there. They're not much, and they drop 150 Bullet-L, not to mention rarely some tasty Chaos Armor.
Strategy. Make that little room your home base. Carefully sneak down one of the ramps, lure some enemies over, kill them in the hallway, rinse, and repeat. Unless you're some kinda scary badass tank, do NOT run out into the room. There is no zone ressing in the Kuchinawa Caves. Stock up on potions. Stock up on bullets. Repair your gear before and after. If you are strapped for cash, hit me up. I MIGHT be able to help with your startup costs, if I have enough macca.
If you guys would like, I can take you down there and provide backup, should the occasion arise. This will not be like the old scary cave runs we used to do. We're all poor, and I need money, too. I will probably solo whichever room you are not farming.
Be warned that other people know about this. You will have some competition. That's fine. Farming is all about patience. Ten Nidhoggr will get you 3k, plus mags and gems. Even the daytime versions drop a good amount. After you've been in there for a while, it will really add up. Once you can solo, you will notice your cash slowly increasing.
Don't give up. This is how I make my money. I know it works.
